Ashley Solomon is Chair and Head of Historical Performance at RCM but spends much of his time working with Florilegium, the ensemble he co-founded in 1991. As a soloist, he has performed worldwide, including concertos in Sydney Opera House, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Konzerthaus Vienna, Singapore and Buenos Aires.

Terence Charlston is a solo and chamber musician, choral and orchestral director, teacher and academic researcher. He was a member of London Baroque from 1995–2007 and is a core member of Florilegium. He teaches harpsichord at RCM, where he is Chair of Historical Keyboard Instruments.
