The Neapolitan pianist Emma Abbate is a professor at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and has performed duo recitals at venues such as the Wigmore Hall, St John’s Smith Square and the Southbank Centre, in addition to broadcasts on BBC Radio 3.

Julian Perkins directs Sounds Baroque and has performed concertos with groups such as the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, The Sixteen and New London Soloists. He has conducted at the Buxton Festival, Dutch National Opera Academy and Guildhall School of Music & Drama. They will play on a piano by Anton Walter, c. 1815.
